Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing support from FixSolution.online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the service.

Description of Services

FixSolution.online provides paid, independent third-party technical support for printers. This includes guided and remote assistance with setup and installation, driver identification and installation, wireless and network configuration, offline printer troubleshooting, print queue problems, printing errors and related software and configuration issues.

We do not perform hardware repair, we do not sell printers or parts, and we do not provide manufacturer warranty service.

Paid Support

Support is chargeable. Before any paid work starts, a representative explains what assistance is proposed and the applicable charge. Paid work proceeds only after you agree. Payment is for the technician’s time, diagnostic work and troubleshooting effort, not for a guaranteed result.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate details about your printer, computer and the problem
• Be present and participate during a guided or remote session
• Follow reasonable instructions given by the technician
• Back up important data before troubleshooting that could affect it
• Confirm you are the owner of the device or are authorised to permit support on it
• Supervise and end any remote-access session appropriately

Service Limitations

Support is limited to software, driver, configuration and connectivity matters. We cannot guarantee that any specific problem will be resolved. Issues arising from hardware failure, physical damage, discontinued driver support, unsupported operating systems, third-party software or network equipment outside your control may be outside what remote support can address.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by HP®, Canon®, Brother®, Epson®, Lexmark®, Xerox®, Samsung®, or any printer manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.

Payments

Charges are payable in the amount agreed before work begins, using the payment methods we make available. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not add charges after the fact that were not discussed and agreed with you beforehand.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, exclusions and the request process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The content, layout, text and design of this website belong to FixSolution.online unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
